Which thickness should I choose — 0.35, 0.50 or 0.65mm?

0.35mm suits smaller motors and appliances where loss matters most. 0.50mm is the most common industrial choice, balancing loss and cost. 0.65mm is the most cost-efficient for large, low-speed motors where loss is less critical. Tell us your motor size and speed and we’ll recommend a thickness.

What’s the difference between 50W470, 50W600 and 50W800?

All three are 0.50mm — the number after “W” is the maximum core loss ×100 at 1.5T/50Hz. 50W470 has the lowest loss (≤4.70 W/kg) and highest cost; 50W800 has the highest loss (≤8.00 W/kg) at the lowest cost. Choose based on your efficiency target and budget.

Can you match a specific grade, like M400-50A?

Yes — we supply across GB, EN, JIS and AISI, and can cross-reference your grade to the Chinese equivalent. Send the grade or a datasheet and we’ll confirm the match and quote.

What’s the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on grade, thickness and width. Tell us your target volume and we’ll confirm what’s workable — trial quantities are possible for new projects.
