Before you submit
Is there a minimum order to request a quote?
No — ask even if you’re only exploring volumes. MOQ depends on grade, thickness and width; we’ll tell you what’s workable once we see your spec.
Do free samples cost anything?
No, samples are free. Depending on destination, you may be responsible for import duties on your end — we’ll flag this if it applies.
What if I don’t know the exact grade?
That’s fine — describe the application (transformer core, motor type, frequency) and target performance, and we’ll recommend a grade and gauge.
Can I send a drawing instead of filling every field?
Yes — attach a PDF, DWG or DXF and leave the spec fields blank. A drawing is often faster for us to quote from than a description.
How is pricing usually structured?
Pricing depends on grade, gauge, volume and current raw material cost, quoted per ton or per your unit of choice. We’ll walk through payment terms once you’re ready to order.
