Can I get copies of your certificates before ordering?
Yes — send a request through the quote form or WhatsApp and we’ll send PDF copies of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, RoHS and REACH documentation, along with our CNAS lab accreditation.
Does every coil come with a mill test certificate?
Yes — every order ships with a mill test certificate (MTC) confirming the grade, thickness, core loss and induction values measured on that specific coil, traceable to its heat or coil number.
Do you hold certifications specific to automotive or EV supply chains?
Yes — our IATF 16949 certification covers automotive-grade quality management, relevant if your EV motor program requires automotive supply chain traceability from your material suppliers.
What does CNAS accreditation actually mean for my order?
CNAS accredits our lab under the same ISO/IEC 17025 framework used internationally, meaning our core loss, induction and dimensional test results aren’t just self-reported — they’re produced under an independently audited quality system, giving the numbers on your MTC more weight.
